Many producers are hesitant to try new products or transition to regenerative practices due to the perceived production risk associated with these products and practices. This panel discussion organized by Sentinel Fertigation and moderated by KTIC Radio Host Chad Moyer will cover how technology can be used alongside regenerative practices (cover crops, no till, manure, biologicals, etc.) to reduce production risks by monitoring crop performance and providing actionable insights to ensure successful crop production. As producers seek to make better decisions regarding these products and practices, this discussion can provide another valuable learning opportunity.

About the Speakers

Dan Preissler is a farmer from Giltner, NE who farms alongside his brother and nephew. They have begun adopting biological products in recent years as an opportunity to improve crop production outcomes. To aid in that adoption, they have taken on technologies that help them monitor crop production outcomes and intervene if any risk to their crop is observed.

Dan is joined by BioAg Solutions Agronomist Adam Pohlmeier, based in Hershey, NE, who specializes in helping growers harness the power of biology to improve crop production outcomes and profitability, and Buck Brazeale, a technical agronomist for BW Fusion.

About the Host

This panel discussion is organized by Sentinel Fertigation, which is equipping farmers with its N-Time solution. N-Time utilizes high-quality satellite imagery to analyze crop nitrogen status and provide fertigation recommendations. The results continue to impress. Growers have been improving crop production while applying nitrogen more efficiently, increasing profits and enhancing their environmental stewardship.

This panel discussion is moderated by KTIC Radio Host Chad Moyer.
