The Nebraska Ag Expo is a pure agriculture trade show, and applications are evaluated for relevance, available space, and overall fit. Submitting an application does not guarantee booth placement. Approved exhibitors will receive additional information about contracts, payments, show services, move-in, and event requirements.

Booth Request Process
Ready to exhibit? Submit your booth application and provide details about your company, display, equipment, and space requirements.
Submit the online booth application with your company and contact information.
Provide detailed information about the products, equipment, or services you plan to display.
Note any forklift, height, flooring, access, placement, or other display restrictions.
Expo staff will confirm receipt and notify you whether your application is accepted or declined.
Accepted exhibitors will receive a booth-assignment timeline or notification of waitlist status.
Once assigned, Expo staff will email a link to review and confirm your booth space.
