Exhibitor Questions
Nebraska Ag Expo is a pure ag show featuring big iron, precision ag, aerial imaging, livestock production, inputs, data management, equipment, services, and emerging technology. A full list of exhibitors and product categories is available through the show program and website.
Fill out the exhibitor application or booth inquiry form on the Nebraska Ag Expo website. Applications are reviewed on their own merit, and the show historically sells out months in advance.
Exhibitors are encouraged to apply as early as possible. Nebraska Ag Expo historically sells out months in advance, and booth availability may change as applications are reviewed and returning exhibitors confirm space.
All applications are reviewed and evaluated on their own merit by Nebraska Ag Expo staff.
Standard booth space includes a 6’ x 30” x 30” table with white vinyl drapery, two folding chairs, free wireless internet, forklift assistance during move-in and move-out for company vehicles only, pressure washing during move-in, and company/brand listings in the show program and product directory.
Electricity and venue internet access are not included with booth space. Both are available for purchase through the Sandhills Global Event Center.
Current booth pricing is available on the Booth Pricing & Availability page. Rates are based on the number of 10’ x 10’ booths requested, with additional fees for corner booths.

Yes. All exhibitors are required to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing.

Current exhibitors can log in to the Exhibitor Resource Center to manage booth assignments, COI, invoices, and profile information.
Electricity can be ordered through the Sandhills Global Event Center. Exhibitors should check their contract for booth number details before ordering.

Yes. Exhibitors can contact Inspirmedia at 402.483.7433 for television, screen rental, or other audio/video needs.
Move-in and move-out details are available on the Exhibitor Resources page. Exhibitors should review the move-in letter and deadline checklist before arriving.
Over-dimensional equipment may require a permit from the City of Lincoln. Exhibitors can also review alternate truck routes to help avoid city-limit permit requirements when possible.
Yes. Parking is free at the Sandhills Global Event Center. ADA-accessible parking is available near key entrances, and RV/camper parking is allowed on the east side of LivestockMarket Pavilion.
Yes. Nebraska Ag Expo partners with local Lincoln hotels to offer lodging options and event rates when available. Exhibitors can review lodging information on the Exhibitor Resources page.
Yes. Sponsorship and marketing opportunities are available to help exhibitors increase visibility, reach their target audience, and stand out during the show.

Setup & Move-In
Prepare for a smooth and efficient setup by reviewing your assigned move-in date, time, building entrance, and unloading instructions before arriving. The move-in letter also includes important safety requirements, equipment-handling procedures, exhibitor parking information, and venue regulations. Please share these details with your entire setup crew.
